What video formats are supported?
We support MP4, AVI, MOV, and other common video formats. Maximum file size is 2GB per video.
How long does approval take?
All uploads are reviewed before publication. This typically takes 24-48 hours, depending on content volume.
Why was my video rejected?
Videos may be rejected for violating our community guidelines, featuring inappropriate content, or technical issues. Check your email for specific feedback.
Can I edit video details after upload?
Yes, you can edit the title, description, and tags from your dashboard. The video file itself cannot be changed once uploaded.

How do I change my password?
Go to your Dashboard and look for account settings. You'll need to provide your current password to set a new one.
Can I change my username?
Usernames cannot be changed after registration. If you need a different username, you'll need to create a new account.
How do I delete my account?
Contact us at contact@raceplay.info to request account deletion. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What happens to my content if I delete my account?
All your uploaded content will be removed when your account is deleted. Make sure to download any content you want to keep.
